Guarding SA’s management style is proactive and personal. Our extensive network of branch offices puts company owners and management right at your doorstep, with the local management team being both accessible and accountable.

We have exceptional continuity in our middle and senior management ranks. At any given time, there are several qualified people to handle any challenge: the Owners / Partners, Regional Manager, Account Manager, Operations Supervisors and Field Supervisors.

These people are backed up with support from our corporate structure. We include our own undercover operatives in our guard force in sensitive situations, to secure absolute integrity of our delivered service, wherever possible.
